Ingredients
Giant grouper 500g (cut into pieces), 1 red bell pepper (cut into pieces), 1 green bell pepper (cut into pieces), 1-2 pineapple chunks (cut into pieces), 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon corn starch (mix with 2 tablespoons water), 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut the fish into pieces and coat evenly with corn starch.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
- Stir-fry the red and green bell pepper and pineapple for about 2 minutes.
- Combine tomato sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
- Thicken with cornstarch-water sauce, add the fish fillet and stir-fry until evenly combined.
- Add corn starch with water to thicken the sauce, add the fish fillet and stir-fry evenly.
- Serve with rice.
