Ingredients

1 leopard coral grouper about 600g (washed), Dried black fungus 200g (soaked and cut into strips), 2 slices of ginger (shredded), 2 spring onions (shredded), 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the fish.
  2. Place black fungus and shredded ginger on the fish belly and surface, then place in a pan.
  3. Steam over high heat for about 8-10 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
  4. Top with spring onions, heat oil and drizzle it with a little sesame oil.
  5. Combine soy sauce and Shaoxing wine and pour over both sides of the fish.
