Ingredients

1 large mouth black bass about 600g (washed, gutted and scaled), Ginger 20g (shredded), 2 spring onions (shredded), 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Remove the internal organs of fish, wash and dry it. Place on a plate and top with shredded ginger and spring onions
  2. Bring water to a boil, then steam the fish over high heat for about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Remove the steamed fish from the pan, pour off excess water from the plate, and drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, pour over the fish, garnish with spring onions, and serve.
