Ingredients

2 salmon steaks (approx. 300g), A pinch of salt and ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash the salmon steak and wipe it dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Marinate with salt and ground black pepper for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a frying pan with olive oil and pan-fry the salmon steak over medium heat until both sides are golden (about 3 minutes on each side).
  4. Making the sauce by mix honey, mustard, and lemon juice, and drizzle it over the salmon steak to serve.

Cooking Tips

Covering the lid while pan-frying allows the residual heat to cook the fish more evenly, locking in moisture and keeping the flesh tender and juicy.
