Salmon fin belly is rich in fat and incredibly tender. Lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, it is pan-seared until the outside is crispy while the inside remains juicy and smooth. Simple, yet unforgettable.

Ingredients

Salmon fin belly 150g, A pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, an appropriate amount of oil (approx. 2 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Wash the salmon fin belly and wipe it dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Marinate with salt for 10 minutes. And coat evenly with cornstarch and set aside.
  3. Heat a frying pan with oil and the salmon fin belly. Pan-fry over medium heat until both sides are golden (about 2 minutes on each side).
  4. Remove from the pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper to serve.

Cooking Tips

Air-frying at 180°C for 8 minutes to reduce oil and greasiness, while preserving the flavor and enhancing the healthiness.
