Salmon fin belly is rich in fat and incredibly tender. Lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, it is pan-seared until the outside is crispy while the inside remains juicy and smooth. Simple, yet unforgettable.
Ingredients
Salmon fin belly 150g, A pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, an appropriate amount of oil (approx. 2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Wash the salmon fin belly and wipe it dry with kitchen paper.
- Marinate with salt for 10 minutes. And coat evenly with cornstarch and set aside.
- Heat a frying pan with oil and the salmon fin belly. Pan-fry over medium heat until both sides are golden (about 2 minutes on each side).
- Remove from the pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper to serve.
Cooking Tips
Air-frying at 180°C for 8 minutes to reduce oil and greasiness, while preserving the flavor and enhancing the healthiness.
