Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (approx. 300g), 1 tablespoon olive oil, A pinch of salt and ground black pepper, 1 lemon (cut into small pieces), 2 fresh thyme (or use fresh herbs)
Instructions
- Wash the salmon fillet and wipe it dry with kitchen paper.
- Evenly marinate with olive oil, salt and ground black pepper for 10 minutes.
- Place lemon slices and fresh thyme on top of the salmon fillets.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray with tin foil. Baking for about 12 minutes to serve.
Cooking Tips
If you don’t have an oven at home, you can steam the salmon fillet for 8 minutes. It brings out its tenderness and aroma.
