Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (approx. 300g), 1 tablespoon olive oil, A pinch of salt and ground black pepper, 1 lemon (cut into small pieces), 2 fresh thyme (or use fresh herbs)

Instructions

  1. Wash the salmon fillet and wipe it dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Evenly marinate with olive oil, salt and ground black pepper for 10 minutes.
  3. Place lemon slices and fresh thyme on top of the salmon fillets.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray with tin foil. Baking for about 12 minutes to serve.

Cooking Tips

If you don’t have an oven at home, you can steam the salmon fillet for 8 minutes. It brings out its tenderness and aroma.
