Ingredients
2 salmon steaks (approx. 300g), A pinch of salt and ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash the salmon steak and wipe it dry with kitchen paper.
- Marinate with salt and ground black pepper for 10 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan with olive oil and pan-fry the salmon steak over medium heat until both sides are golden (about 3 minutes on each side).
- Making the sauce by mix honey, mustard, and lemon juice, and drizzle it over the salmon steak to serve.
Cooking Tips
Covering the lid while pan-frying allows the residual heat to cook the fish more evenly, locking in moisture and keeping the flesh tender and juicy.
