Ingredients
Clams 500g, A pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons oil, 3 slices of ginger, 2 scallions (chopped), 3 cloves of garlic (minced), 1 tablespoon rice wine, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, A pinch of chili (chopped, according to preference)
Instructions
- Soak the clams in water with salt for about 2 hours to remove the sand, then wash thoroughly and drain.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger slices, scallions, and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the clams and stir-fry quickly. Add rice wine and soy sauce.
- Cover the lid and cook over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
- If you like spicy, sprinkle with chili and a pinch of salt to taste. Stir-fry evenly and serve.
