Ingredients

Redmouth grouper 500g, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, A pinch of scallions (chopped), a pinch of shredded red bell pepper (for garnish).

Instructions

  1. Remove the internal organs of fish, wash and dry it.
