Ingredients
2 topmouth culters about 400g (washed and gutted), 1 teaspoon salt, A pinch of black pepper, 2 tablespoons corn starch, 3 tablespoons oil, A pinch of ginger (shredded)
Instructions
- Wash the fish then dry it and then sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over the fish and marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle corn starch evenly over the fish.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the fish over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle with shredded ginger and serve.
