Ingredients

2 topmouth culters about 400g (washed and gutted), 1 teaspoon salt, A pinch of black pepper, 2 tablespoons corn starch, 3 tablespoons oil, A pinch of ginger (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish then dry it and then sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over the fish and marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle corn starch evenly over the fish.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the fish over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Sprinkle with shredded ginger and serve.
