Ingredients
1 red emperor about 600g (washed, gutted and scaled), 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons corn starch, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1/2 piece lemon, 1 tablespoon spring onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the fish, slightly cut the surface on both sides.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over the fish, then coat it with corn starch.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and sprinkle with spring onions.
- Serve with rice or salad.
