Ingredients

1 Japanese seabass about 500g (washed, gutted and scaled), 1 teaspoon salt, 1.5 liters water, 3 slices of ginger, 4 red dates, Goji 10g, A pinch of spring onions (chopped)

Instructions

    1. Remove the internal organs of fish, wash and dry it.
    2. Cut into pieces and marinate with a little bit of salt for 10 minutes.
    3. Heat oil in a pan and fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
    4. Add water, ginger slices, and red dates, and bring to a boil, then add the seabass.
    5. Boil over high heat for about 20 minutes. Season with goji and salt.
    6. Boil for about 2 more minutes, sprinkle with spring onions, and serve.
