Ingredients
Black bonito 500g (washed), 4 cups water, 3 slices of ginger, 4 dried shiitake mushrooms (soaked and sliced), 4 red dates, 1 tablespoon goji, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 spring onion (chopped)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the fish. Pan-fry in a hot pan for about 2 minutes per side until lightly browned. Pour water and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Add sliced ginger, shiitake mushrooms, red dates and goji, and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the rice wine and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Season with salt, garnish with spring onions, and serve.
