Ingredients
1 jack mackerel about 600g (washed), 2 tablespoons chili sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the fish, slightly cut the surface on both sides.
- Combine chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, and minced garlic to make a marinade. Spread evenly on the fish and marinate for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven or grill to 200°C, evenly coat the fish with oil, and grill for about 8-10 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Top with cilantro. Serve with rice or salad.
