Ingredients

Taishan oyster meat 300g (fresh or frozen), 2 tablespoons corn starch, A pinch of salt, A pinch of black pepper, 3 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon garlic (minced), A pinch of spring onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Wash the Taishan oyster meat, dry with kitchen paper, add with cornstarch and sprinkle evenly with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the Taishan oyster meats over medium heat for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and quickly stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
