Ingredients
Taishan oyster meat 300g (fresh or frozen), 2 tablespoons corn starch, A pinch of salt, A pinch of black pepper, 3 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon garlic (minced), A pinch of spring onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Wash the Taishan oyster meat, dry with kitchen paper, add with cornstarch and sprinkle evenly with salt and black pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the Taishan oyster meats over medium heat for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and quickly stir-fry until fragrant.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve.
