Ingredients

Salmon bones 200g, 1 tablespoon Korean chili paste, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the salmon bones and wipe it dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Make the sauce by mixing Korean chili paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sugar. Spread it over the salmon bones and marinate for 15 minutes, set aside.
  3. Heat a frying pan with oil and pan-fry the salmon bones over medium heat until golden on both sides (about 3 minutes on each side).
  4. Cover with a lid and let it cook over low heat for another 2 minutes to let it cook through.

If you prefer a spicier flavor, feel free to add chili powder to cook according to preference. It adds layers of flavor and a fiery touch that stimulates the senses.
