Salmon bones 200g, 1 tablespoon Korean chili paste, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- Wash the salmon bones and wipe it dry with kitchen paper.
- Make the sauce by mixing Korean chili paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sugar. Spread it over the salmon bones and marinate for 15 minutes, set aside.
- Heat a frying pan with oil and pan-fry the salmon bones over medium heat until golden on both sides (about 3 minutes on each side).
- Cover with a lid and let it cook over low heat for another 2 minutes to let it cook through.

If you prefer a spicier flavor, feel free to add chili powder to cook according to preference. It adds layers of flavor and a fiery touch that stimulates the senses.
