Ingredients
1 golden thread fish about 600g (washed, gutted and scaled), A pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 teaspoon ginger (grated), 1 spring onion (chopped)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the fish, slightly cut the surface on both sides, and sprinkle a little bit of salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic and minced ginger to make a sauce.
- Pour the sauce into pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, drizzling the sauce over the fish while cooking.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve.
- Serve with steamed vegetables can be enhanced the taste.
