Salmon belly is rich in fat and has a tender and silky texture. Cooking it in an air fryer reduces the need for oil and lessens greasiness, while preserving its natural aroma and enhancing its healthiness.
Ingredients
Salmon belly 200g, 1 teaspoon olive oil, A pinch of sea salt and ground black pepper, 1 coriander (for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash the salmon belly and wipe it dry with kitchen paper.
- Evenly marinate with olive oil, sea salt and ground black pepper for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the salmon belly inside and fry for 8 minutes (flipping halfway through for even cooking).
- Remove from the air fryer, garnish it with coriander to serve.
Cooking Tips
You can marinate a little shichimi to enhance the flavor according to your preference.
